Character 23. P4 (crown): ectocingulum development: weak or absent (0); present in anterior half of crown (1); developed (2). Remarks: Unordered. Most ingroup species display very weak/absent (Character 023: A) or weak (Character 023: B) states of an ectocingulum development. Outgroup S. minutissimus and five ingroup species, C. olivieri (Character 023: C), C. obscurior, C. lasiura, C. serezkyensis, C. zaitsevi display intermediate state of the ectocingulum development when the cingulum situated along the anterior half of the crown margin. Outgroup S. mirabilis and N. fodiens species and two ingroup species, C. yaldeni, C. sapaensis display relatively developed ectocingulum that pulling along most part of the crown (Character 023: D).
