Media notes
note sphenopalatine foramen is NOT visible in this view in Orycteropus (AMNH 51370) - this appears to be incorrectly labeled by MacPhee (1994). The sphenopalatine foramen and dorsal opening of minor palatine foramen open into a common hole in the orbit.
