Supplementary phylogenetic data
This zip file includes the matrix, lists of synapomorphies, the mapped synapomorphies, as well as the strict consensus and 50% majority-rule trees resulting from the analyses under equal and implied weighting with K values of 3, 6, 9, and 12.
VAXML file, Uluops uluops
The 3D models uploaded for the project (see Media section) can also be opened and visualized in the software SPIERSview thanks to this .vaxml file. The .vaxml file can be modified using a text editor and contains information about what models should be opened in SPIERS, what color each model should have, and so on. The .ply files for the 3D models and the .vaxml file have to be in the same folder. Double-clicking on the .vaxml file will open all the models in SPIERSview.
